Mission
I want to educate members of the Whitefish Bay community about how they can help the environment by specifically targeting waste in our community. By changing a few habits, supporting businesses that already have green practices, and by implementing our own green practices in our daily lives, we can positively impact the environment both in our own community, and others. We have so many resources both within Whitefish Bay and in the greater Milwaukee area that more people should know about and partake in.
First Steps
The first step to any change is education. First, educate yourself on how waste within our community impacts the environment.
How You Can Help
After you educate yourself on the issue, learn more about the solution. Find out about small changes you can make in you and your family's lives and how these small changes can make an impact.
Learn What Others Are Doing
There are already large green movements within our community and our city so learn about how others are doing their part. After learning about these movements, support them or join in and volunteer yourself!

About Me:
Hello! My name is Ella Kattman and I am a senior at Whitefish Bay High School. I created this website as part of my Gold Award for Girl Scouts. Through 80 hours of work and multiple components I was able to influence different age groups and people in my community to change their ways and make a positive impact on the environment.
